This delightful 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa is situated in an enviable location, being in a quiet residential street yet minutes walk from beaches and the world famous port of Puerto Banus.
With 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms (one with a queen size four poster bed!), 2 en-suite and one main bathroom, a SAUNA for 6, fabulous views and local amenities this villa truly �has it all�. Being on one level this villa is suitable for everyone - children, the elderly or disabled included!

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
£ bedrooms all with independant air con are all tastefully furnished.
The master bedroom has a Queen size four poster bed, an antique dresser and tons of wardrobe space and leads to an ensuite bathroom with a SAUNA, It also has a TV, video and DVD player.
The second bedroom also has an ensuite, oriental furniture, a king size bed, and a safe.
The third bedroom has twin beds, a music system and is opposite the third bathroom.
The third bathroom is large and has a second washing machine and all bathrooms have quality fittings

Living Areas
The lounge is a delightfull open plan space with an arch through to the large kitchen / diner and patio doors to the pool and outside dining area. Satelite tv, DVD player, video player and full air conditioning make this a fabulous entertainment room. There are many DVDs provided both for children and adults, and many toys for children also. There is a lovely dining area, an open fireplace and cream leather suite with coffee table, as well as many wall and storage units full of local infromation.

Kitchen / Dining
The large open plan kitchen diner has all the mod cons you would need for cooking at home, including a dishwasher, washer / dryer pplenty of cupboard space, toaster, grill to microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and more than enough crockery and glasswear to host a large dinner party. There is also obviously an oven, hob, extractor and fridge freezer.

This villa boasts a private, HEATED pool, with SALT WATER system (no more chlorine damage to hair and skin!), private garden and parking, tons of facilities for kids, three outside dining and one outside lounge area, two inside dining areas and a large open plan lounge. Sun beds, dining furniture and barbeques are provided both around the pool and on the enormous upper terrace with water feature and the most spectacular views and sunsets.
Many visitors have already returned to this villa after their first holiday here, as it really is a �home from home� where you have all the night life and entertainment on your doorstep if you want it, or, if you want to just �chill out� � a perfect place to relax � or go out to play!
Parking is secure off street in a private carport or in the large driveway.

The �Retreat� is in a fantastic location surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, banks, hair and beauty salons, a market, supermarkets, taxi rank, cafés and even a casino just minutes walk away!
The local beaches, all walking distance from the villa have a huge choice of beach bars and restaurants, water sports, play areas, and golden sand. In addition, there are many other beaches to choose from all along the coast. Surrounded by golf courses, amusement, safari, and marine parks, water sports, and every other activity you can think of, this villa is perfect for every type of holiday maker! (Even Sierra Nevada and its fabulous snow capped mountains is the skier�s paradise � only 2 hours drive away!)
This villa is ideal for families, romantic couples, or singles, with all the amenities you could need on your doorstep, yet far enough away from the �bustle� of the port to relax and �chill� if that�s what you want. A perfect �Retreat� for a perfect holiday!
In addition to all the local amenities, the �Retreat� is walking distance to the world famous port of Puerto Banus with tons more shops, taxi ranks, restaurants, bars, clubs, as well as ice skating, dept. stores, shopping centres, amusement arcades, play parks, bureau de changes, cinemas, and the most phenomenal expanse of boats from speed boats to floating mansions!
It�s no wonder the rich and famous have been visiting Puerto Banus for decades!
Puerto Banus is ideally situated, only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 40 minutes from Gibraltar, the famous mountain monkeys, and tax free shopping! (You can also fly into Gibraltar airport � much smaller than Malaga with fewer flights but also fewer people!)
5 kms North is the delightfully traditional Spanish town of San Pedro with its own unique beaches. 5 kms South is the huge expanse of Marbella town with yet more shops, restaurants and beaches. Just outside Marbella is the enormous retail park known as La Canada, with many English shops, restaurants, bowling,
cinemas, and so much more!

Changeover Details
Change over day is flexible but during peak months a weekend is prefered.
A £ 200 security deposit is taken on arrival and returned on departure.
A surcharge of £ 50 per person per week is applicable to parties of over 6 with 8 benig the maximum allowed.
All utilities and cleaning is included in the price.

Extra Details
A gardener, pool attendant, cleaner and change of bed linen and towels is provided every 7 days included in the cost. Childminding and additional cleaning is available at 15 euros per hour. Travel cots, pushchairs and baby bath, and any other special requirements are available by request.
