General Description
Brand new in Aug 07, luxury 3 bed villa with private pool set in the small village of Kalathos. It is set in the hillside so there are panoramic views of the fantastic coastline and mountains. There are 2 double beds and 2 singles and a travel cot. the villa is tastefully decorated with neutral colours and local atrwork and photos of local places of interest.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
3 bedrooms all double rooms (one has 2 single beds). one bedroom is downstairs for the less mobile. all have fitted wardrobes, mirrors etc. There is a main bathroom with a bath and shower above. Downstairs there is a wetroom (shower, wc and basin) as well.

Living Areas
There are 2 large sofas and a tv with built in dvd player, it also have s-video so you can connect your laptop of video camera. There is also a cd stereo which has an ipod dock, flash drive and sd card player. There are 2 sets of patio doors which lead out onto the large front veranda to soak up the sun whilst having breakfast.

Kitchen / Dining
There is a fitted kitchen, with all usual amenities, cooker and hob, toaster, kettle, mircpwave etc. the dining area is openplan with the living area, ther is a table with 6 chairs and a high chair for babies, it also opens out onto the same veranda as the living area.

Outside
The main veranda is to the front of the property because of the fantastic views, to the back there is also a veranda/patio area and the 6x4 private pool. both bedrooms have their own balcony. Patio furniture and loungers are provided.

Location
Set in Kalathos just north of Lindos, in fact the next village along only a 5-10 minute drive. It is about half way down Rhodes on the East side with many other popular destinations in reach by car or bus. It is 5 minute drive from the see, which is well visable from the villa. There is no direct path so it takes a little longer to walk.

Changeover Details
preferrably on a saturday, but wednesdays can be agreed if slots are available when booking. The property maintenance service comes in on the Saturday to change the bed linen, towels and clean the villa. Late stay may be available (with extra cost) and is paid to the cleaning company RPM when arranged with them in Rhodes.

Extra Details
air conditioning is throughout the villa and thereis NO charge for this. Towels are provided, but are not for use on the beach. There is a highchair, travel cot and bedding, and also 2 sets of crockery for a baby. There is washing powder for guest use.
