Our unit has large closets, color cable TV, living/dining areas, patio/balcony, telephones with local service. The unit is in a 3 story building, with a seasonally heated pool & kiddie pool, 2 shuffleboard courts, basketball & hand ball courts next door, laundry facilities on each floor and 2 elevators (north & south side of building).

We are located on the Atlantic Ocean on the beautiful East Coast of Central Florida. Close by golfing, fishing, boating and Canaveral National Seashore. Daytona Beach`s International Speedway is 20 minutes away, historic St. Augustine is 60 minutes away. Condo is an hour away from Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, MGM, Sea World and Universal Studios. Shopping and fine dining are also nearby.
