Property Details

General Description
Luxurious spacious villa in picturesque developed residential area of Fairway Oaks golfing community. Backs on to golf course with private electrically and solar heated pool.There is air conditioning plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms and by the poolside.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are four double bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed, TV, walk in clothes closet,ensuite bathroom with family size tub,separate shower and two vanity basins. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds with the second bathroom in between. The 4th bedroom has queen size bed and the third bathroom close by.

Living Areas
There is one fully furnished family room with breakfast area, cable TV, VCR, telephone and in house entertainment system. The dining area also has a living area with lounge suit and coffee table.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar, cooker, dishwasher, ice making and dispensing fridge freezer and microwave oven. There is a separate utility and laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

Swimming Pool
The pool is enclosed and electrically as well as solar heated. Electric heating is extra but solar heating is complimentary.

Outside
The heated pool is enclosed and the garden is beautifully landscaped and you can pick the ripe oranges from the trees that are at the back of the villa.

Location
Forty five minutes from Tanpa, two hours from Orlando and close to Hudson beach. Hudson is situated on the Gulf Coast of Florida and is well situated for visits to Busch Gardens and Disney World

Changeover Details
Generally there are no specific changeover days. Booking forms and booking conditions are forwarded when a booking is requested.
