Our provencal style villa is in the green Valley heights of Saint François, a quiet and residential area of GRASSE sweeping towards the hills across the valley. It is surrounded by a garden planted with mediterraneans plants, hundred year old olive trees and rosemary, lavender, mimosa.... Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are two bedrooms, both pleasantly furnished and light, one decorated in blue tones and the other in ivory. The blue room has a double and a signle bed and the beige bedroom has a double bed. Living Areas
The double living room is decorated in the Provençal style and has a sofa bed, a round marble table and chairs, armchairs and a television satellite and hi-fi cabinet.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equiped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and refrigerator. It opens onto a private half shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, which overlook onto the garden and the swimming pool.

Outside
The swimming pool is surrounded by wrought iron fencing with gates and equiped of sunloungers. There is a covered parking for cars to keep them cool.

Location
The old town of GRASSE has long been the center of the perfume making industry and is famous for its fields of jasmine and lavender, which are harvested and distilled to make the scents and essences. The warm climate make a favourite place also to winter and there are excellent shops, restaurants and general facilities.
CANNES,ten minutes drive from here, lies on the Bay of Napoule, Fringed by a semicircle of hills, it has a exceptionally mild climate with a rich variety of trees and plants, an a fine beach. The town has several festivals throughout the year, including the Film Festival in MAY. You can often fin flower markets here and the area around the rue Félix Faure has some wonderful shops. Nearby are the charming hilltop villages of AURIBEAU-S-SIAGNE, GOURDON and MOUGINS which are pleasant to walk around. SAINT-VALLIER DE THIEY has a 12th century church and a natural bridge carved of the rock over centuries and a remarkable underground cave. SAINT CESAIRE SUR SIAGNE is also worth a detour. ANTIBES-JUAN LES PINS: 15 minutes driving MONACO - MONTECARLO and also ITALY: 45 minutes driving. A LOT OF THINGS TO DO and the owners are two very pleasant persons.

Changeover Details
RATES
THE PRICES are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY arriving at 4PM and departing before 10am. The indicated prices are for 4 persons maximum. A special price will be considered for one or two persons(children) more. linen (sheets, pillows and towels) are provided. The taxes, electricity, water, pool and garden maintenance are included. The final cleaning cost: 120 euros. A cot for a baby is available at 20euros per week. Its possible to rent towels for the pool and the beach, please ask the owner. If you have any requirement we would be happy to discuss them with you.

Extra Details
THE CHARMING HILLTOP VILLAGES
Nearby are the charming hilltop villages of AURIBEAU, CABRIS, VENCE, MOUGINS, GOURDON, VALBONNE which are pleasant to walk around. SAINT-VALLIER DE THIEY has a 12th century church and a natural bridge carved out of the rock over centuries and a remarkable underground cave. SAINT CESAIRE is also worth a detour.
ACTIVITIES
You have a lot of things to do. Within 2/3kms are riding stables, golf and tennis and some lovely walks in the hills. And there are the beach of CANNES and MANDELIEU (10kms). During the winter you can ski at GREOLIERE LES NEIGES ( 40kms) ISOLA 2000 and AURON, one and a half hour driving. 2 bikes are also available at the Property at 35 euros per bike per week
