Property Details

General Description
There are 3 separate Bed and Breakfast rooms available in the main farmhouse, 2 doubles and a twin room. The
bathroom facilities are only shared between friends & family. Otherwise guest have sole use of the bathroom.
One bedroom has it`s own terrace balcony for enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the setting sun.
All rooms are quiet with views over the garden or countryside, the beds are firm and equipped with nets for the summer months.
Guests have their own breakfast area and sitting room with a terrace area.
Guests can enjoy homemade jams and fruit for breakfast as well as continental style breakfast, occasionally varied by cooked breakfasts of poached or scrambled eggs.
Bed and Breakfast guests have use of the main swimming pool 16 x 14 metres, shared with guests staying at La Vigne Gite (6 people).
A BBQ can be made available for guests use too. There is a CD player and use of a cold box, iron and ironing board.
The perfect location for enjoying a tranquil relaxing break. We have 9 acres of garden and grounds, surrounded by vineyards and forests.
There is no fixed breakfast time, we arrange that with you, as the idea is to de-stress.

Swimming Pool
Very large 16x14m with beautiful views overlooking the valley.
Sunbeds and umberllas available.

Outside
4 hectares of gardens and grounds. A large variety of fruit and nut trees which guests are welcome to sample. Large pool 16x14m.

Location
In the heart of the Bordeaux and Bergerac wine regions close to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of St Emilion.
We are surrounded by vineyards, valleys and forests.
Blissfully peaceful, a birdwatchers, hikers and cyclists paradise.
