`Be Our Guest` at our Two (Adjacent) Orlando Vacation Home Rentals (Villas Mickey & Minnie). Fireworks View of Disney, Free Calls & `High Speed` Internet, on Resort-Style gated Resort (Only 3.5 miles from Disneyworld)

Our two 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath (2 En-suite), Orlando Vacation Rental Homes (which accommodate a maximum of 8-10 per villa), offer a host of amenities not found at normal vacation home communities, such as:

*Private (heated and screened) pool and Luxurious Hot Tub,
*Fireworks view of Disneyworld,
*Large 51` HDTV,
*DVD player,
*Playstation II,
*Free Calls and `High Speed` internet access,
*TVs in ALL bedrooms,
*2-car garage (with opener),

Most importantly, our villas are located on THE premier Resort-style gated community in the Disney area known as the `Windsor Palms Resort` (Only 3.5 miles to Disneyworld).

The WP Resort has been recommended by the BBC`s `You Call the Shots`. Most recently (16 OCT 2006), the resort was mentioned in the Times Online (UK) as one of the Best American Villa communities.

Swimming Pool
Heated and screened pool and hot tub, with a shaded lanai, and a Fireworks view of Disneyworld.

Location
Set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet only 3.5 miles from Disney, with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal.

As our guest, you and your family have automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include:

*Clubhouse,
*Large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool,
*Private cinema,
*Fitness center,
*Video arcade and computer center,
*Basketball, volleyball and tennis courts,
*Billiard tables,
*Children`s play area, picnic and BBQ areas,
*On-site sundry shop,
*24-hour gated entrance,
*Shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).

The `Mystic Dunes` championship golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Less than a 5 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and lots of choice for dining out.

Our villas are designated non-smoking properties.

Sorry, no pets or animals allowed.

Just off the 192 (between mile markers 4 & 5), the villas are approximately 10 minutes from Disney and close to all other major attractions. Golf, shopping and restaurants are all within easy reach.

Orlando International airport is a short 25 minute drive.

Changeover Details
All rates ADD 13% Florida taxes.
Pool heat $18/day + tax.
Less than 7 night stay requires additional $95 cleaning fee.
$350 booking deposit (non-refundable).
$200 refundable security deposit.
Total rent due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
All rates subject to change until booked.

Just to let you know that we had a really fabulous time! Your home
at Fan Palm is absolutely wonderful, it was home from home for us
but with lovely sunny weather! and a pool! I am going to be writing

as we went to Miami and The Everglades for a couple of days as well
and swam with the Dolphins which was out of this world! Would you
