General Description
This beautiful executive villa is situated in the elegant new development of Four Corners just 10 minutes from the heart of Disney World The villa itself features luxury living......4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms being Masters with en-suite and Queen Beds. The heatable pool with large deck area is south facing for that all day sun and is fully screened for you comfort. The villa is fully air conditioned which allows respite from the Florida sunshine, and to make life more enjoyable all amenities are included with electrical gadgets in abundance, the fact is you should want for nothing during your stay with us.

If your holiday plans involve a visit ( as i am sure they will !! ) to Sea World, Universal Studios, theme parks or Walt Disney Resort, you will be delighted how close you are, Disney 10 minutes !!
Of course that`s not all Florida has to offer, there are many beautiful Golf Courses to challenge any level of golfer.
The Kennady Space Centre, Busch Gardens and Gulf Coast are approximately 45 minutes away. The beautiful sandy beaches lie waiting and they too are within easy reach, not forgetting the shopping malls, outlets, restaurants and entertainment that lie in International Drive and surrounding areas.l

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
2 x Master bedrooms with en- suite bathrooms, both with large walk-in wardrobes, one of the masters has patio doors leading onto the covered lanai and pool deck area. Both en-suites have large walk-in showers and one also has a deep fill bath.

There are also 1x Twin bedded room and 1x Double bedroom, nicely furnished, with walk in wardrobes. All four bedrooms have TV`s in them and the two masters have hairdryers in them.

As well as the two en-suite bathrooms there is a family House bathroom with a vanity area with sink and cupboards below, large mirrow, toilet and deep fill bath with shower over it.

Downstairs there is an Wash room / Toilet.

Living Areas
This wonderful living room has an open plan aspect to the diningarea and kitchen with high vaulted ceilings and patio doors leading out onto the covered Lanai / pool deck area.
This room is fully furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings throughout including TV , VCR and music Hi-Fi system.

Kitchen / Dining
A Beautiful fully equipped Kitchen with everythingyou could possibly need to make your stay a pleasure : Large Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Blender. Coffee Maker, Electric Tin Opener, Fridge Freezer with Ice maker, Double Sink with waste disposal, Cutlery and Much More.
The Villa has a Formal Dining Area for you and your Family to enjoy your culinary delights, ( or that take away you ordered !!! ) .

Changeover Details
All Our Prices are Inclusive of State Taxes.
To secure Your Dates a Deposit of £150 / $275 Per Week is Required.
A Security Deposit of £200.00 is required with your FINAL Balance 12 Weeks prior to your Arrival, This will be returned to you within 21 day`s of your departure pending a satisfactory report from the management company.
On Your Day of Arrival access to the Property is available from 4pm and on the Day of Departure you will need to vacate by 10am

Extra Details
NO Inventory items may be removed from the house. This includes linens and towels. Any breakage or damage MUST be reported to the Management Company immediately. PLEASE NOTE : Beach towels for use outside the villa are not provided.

For your comfort and convenience there is also a fully equipped Utility Room with a full size ( American size !! ) washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. This will allow you to travel light so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all those bargain designer clothes from the many exclusive shopping outlets.
