RENTAL RATE EXCLUDES:
Central heating - based on consumption (~ £ 1.50 per cu. mt), winter £ 40 / £ 60 per day
Telephone - based on usage ( £ 0.20 /min)
Refundable Security deposit - 800 Euro payable at the Villa by credit card or travel cheque
Check in: 4pm-7pm Check-out: 10am

1. Wire bank transfer
2. Master/Visa/AMEX/Diner`s Club
3. Cheque (must clear at least 14 days before arrival at the Villa).
Booking
You must pay 30% of the Villa rental to secure your booking, balance must be paid 56 days before your start rental date.
