Our TownHome is the largest model at Regal Palms and offers you the luxurious living with resort facilities.
The spacious 4 bedroom ( 2 master with en-suite + 2 twins ) home is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable with, Central Air conditioning, fully equipped Kitchen, Living / Dining Room, Washer, Dryer and Iron. All Linen and Towels included, Safe , Balcony & Patio, Parking for 2 vehicles at the home.

2 x Master bedrooms with en- suite bathrooms, both with large walk-in wardrobes, one of the masters has patio doors leading onto it`s own covered balcony for those cosy nights watching the sun go down.
There are also 2x Twin bedded rooms, nicely furnished, with walk in wardrobes.
As well as the two en-suite bathrooms there is a family House bathroom with a vanity area with sink and cupboards below, large mirrow, toilet and deep fill bath with shower over it.
Downstairs there is an Wash room / Toilet.

Changeover Details
All Our Prices are Inclusive of State Taxes.
To secure Your Dates a Deposit of £150 / $275 Per Week is Required.
A Credit Card Swipe is taken on your Arrival as a Security Deposit by Reception, upon your departure if NO problems then the Credit Card will not be activated.
On Your Day of Arrival access to the Property is available from 4pm and on the Day of Departure you will need to vacate by 10am

Extra Details
NO Inventory items may be removed from the house. This includes linens and towels. Any breakage or damage MUST be reported to Superior at Reception immediately.
There is Wireless Internet Service in the Internet Cafe, Guests will receive an access code that is valid for 60 non-consecutive minutes, thereafter it will cost USD $15.00 per hour.
Theme Park Shuttle Service, a complimentory daily scheduled shuttle service is available from the resort to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Please note that reservations should be made in advance at the concierge desk as space is limited.
