The sumptuous master suite has a 7 foot luxurious bed, a full bathroom, dressing room/closet and for your personal use, cable television/DVD. The tastefully furnished second master suite with queen bed, en-suite dressing room/closet also with cable television. There a further two twin bedded rooms of the same high standard with cable television/DVD/PS2 and a full bathroom

Living Areas
Wayfarers has the added benefit of TWO living areas. The family room has a huge comfortable sofa big enough for all with a 56" HDTV/DVD. Plus our elegant sitting room will allow you to escape for a quiet drink and just to relax.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen & breakfast room has plenty of sitting, eating areas and is fully equipped to cater for your every need. The breakfast area leads directly to the SOUTH facing beautiful pool ideal for sunny early morning breakfast and as the day sets the fibre optical pool lighting creates the mood for. For a more formal occasion there is also a further dining area, which is already set for that special occasion.

Outside
Wayfarers private pool has a SOUTH facing pool with extended deck and plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table and occasional tables for those cold drinks whilst sitting in the Florida Sunshine. The inviting pool has a bronze tinted screen and a safety fence for children if required, there is also direct access from the pool to the downstairs cloakroom. Outside the pool area are flowering shrubs and an open aspect to the rear.

‘Wayfarers’ is set on a prestigious new community still surrounded by the natural beautiful settings of central Florida. Walt Disney World is less than 15 minutes away, and we are only one mile from Champions Gate which is regarded as one of the top golf courses in the USA.
