General Description

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
It has two master bedrooms with queen size beds overlooking the pool deck; each has its own well appointed bathroom, one has a large walk in shower. Towels and hair dryers are provided for your convenience. Each bedroom has multi channel cable TV. Each master bedroom has access to the large pool deck; these doors are alarmed for the safety of young children.
Walk in closets provide lots of storage and hanging space. One has a small free to use safe in it.
Two twin bedrooms share a third bathroom, one is Disney themed with lots of tasteful Disney features, TV and DVD player. The other twin room has cable TV and PS 2 games console and games set up in there. Again the bathroom has a hair dryer provided and plenty of towels.

Living Areas
A bright and spacious family room is equipped with comfortable modern furniture and 27” multi channel cable TV. A DVD player and Micro CD music system and books are provided for your relaxation. Large patio doors lead out onto the pool deck, the door has a child safety alarm

Kitchen / Dining
Our fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer, range, microwave and coffee maker, a laundry room with washer and dryer. Plastic glasses and tableware are provided for outside entertaining.

Swimming Pool
Our sparkling pool will entice you to cool off and then relax on a selection of loungers and recliners. A shaded lanai has table and chairs and ceiling fan for those who want to escape the Florida sun. A selection of pool toys is stored close by ready for use and pool towels are ready and waiting for you.
The pool is protected by a child safety fence for piece of mind when young children are around, but can be removed if not needed.
The pool may be heated in the winter months, fantastic as the temperatures get a little cooler.
Evenings outside as the sun goes down are a great way of relaxing after a busy day, the pool is illuminated by its own light and the covered lanai lighting adds to the charm, a final dip in the pool is always inviting.

Located on US highway 27 near Davenport close connections to Interstate 4 and US 192. Easy access to Disney and Orlando attractions. Yet far enough away for peace and quiet.

Booking requires a $175 or 100GBP deposit per week.

Our games room is sure to thrill, basketball hoops, table football, electronic darts, air hockey and pool will keep kids and adults alike entertained. A selection of board games is provided and the games room even has its own portable CD player for music while you play.
Additional features in our home include high speed internet access via DSL broadband, free local and international telephone calls.
We have a high chair and crib/cot for our younger guests. All linens and towels are provided.
Our home is protected a Brinks security system that is easy to operate and gives additional piece of mind while you enjoy all Orlando has to offer.
Our friendly management company are available 24 hrs a day in an emergency.
