Large Gite in 150yr old substantial stone Farmhouse. Former vineyard with extensive grounds and views over the Maconnaise Hills. Specially adapted to accommodate the disabled and ideal for all holidaymakers.

1 large en-suite bedroom with 2 single electronic profiling beds and access to the garden via French doors with elecxtronic security shtutters. There is a large well equipped new bathroom with a double length roll-in shower and a large roll-top cast iron bath.
2 large double bedrooms and large fully fitted bathroom on the 1st Floor.

Living Areas
Large living area with a large sofa-bed/settee, 2 comfortable armchairs, oak buffet, oak coffee table, satellite TV, music centre and oak flooring throughout. There are French doors with electronic security shutters to the patio and garden.

Kitchen / Dining
Large hand built fully fitted kitchen and dining area with a large 8/10 seater oak French farmhouse table with 10 oak chairs. Oak flooring throughout

Outside
The Farmhouse has extensive grounds, including grazing fields with sheep and goats, together with a landscaped more formal garden area with access for wheelchairs.The original stone bread oven features in the formal garden providing welcome shade from the sun.
A purpose built `Petanque` Court (French Bowling) is available in the garden.

Location
On the edge of a small village, surrounded by countryside within the beautiful wine growing area of Bourgogne.
It is surrounded by rolling countryside, giving panoramic views of the Maconnaise hills and is on the edge of the Reserve Truchere-Ratenelle forest.

Changeover Details
Bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
Please plan your journey to arrive at ‘Les Vignes de Louzy’ after 5.00pm as time is required to prepare for your arrival.
The Gite must be vacated by 10.00am on your departure day.

Situated about 10 minutes from the ancient Romanesque town of Tournus, on the edge of the small village of Sermoyer, this substantial stone Farmhouse has undergone major professional renovation work to ensure accessibility for disabled holidaymakers. It is ideally poised between the beautiful Chalonnaise & Maconnaise wine regions of Burgundy. .
This gite farmhouse is under 2 hours away from the Alpine Ski Resorts and would be an ideal base for skiing throughout the winter months.
This area is noted for its rivers, fishing, walks, horse-riding, historic cities and, of course, is a wonderfully gastronomic location with numerous superb vineyards and restaurants.
