Windwood Bay is perfectly situated for a family Florida holiday as it is only 10 minutes from Disney, 2 minutes from championship golf courses and 10 minutes from great shopping.

The villa has been beautifully decorated, luxury furnished and has been equipped with many extras to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The villa benefits from a great pool and patio that enjoys all day Florida sun and extends lazily into the evening making those days by the pool extra special!

The master suite with en-suite bathroom is situated at the back of the house overlooking the pool. Luxury furnished with a wrought iron queen size bed, two nightstands and two large matching dressers, one with large mirror. To ensure you have everything you need at your fingertips there is also cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The array of soft cushions and pillows on the bed will help you to relax with the air conditioning and ceiling fan keeping you cool. You walk from the bedroom into a large walk-in closet where there is ample room and storage space for all your clothes and luggage (the complementary safe is located here).

Luxury formal living room & separate Family Room

Formal Living Room

From the front entrance you walk into the formal living room where your view through to the rear of the house provides an idea of the expanse of space and a taste of the luxury fittings. The whole house has large terracotta floor tiles providing a Mediterranean look and feel throughout. The furniture in the living room is stylish and designed with adults in mind. The peaceful relaxing environment is achieved with over sized sofas, numerous coffee tables and soft lighting from table lamps. For additional guests, one of the large sofas converts into a comfortable double bed. There is also a ceiling fan and ac to keep you cool.

Family Room

his room has been designed with the family in mind with an oversized sofa and plenty of coffee tables scattered around for you to place a cool drink, with table lamps to give a soft relaxing light. This is the the area for the whole family to sit and relax together whilst watching the large TV, DVD or even challenging one another on the the PlayStation. The terracotta floor tiles, ceiling fan and air conditioning will help you to cool down after a busy Florida fun packed day.

Formal Dining Area

The formal dining area is where adults can sit and enjoy a slow pleasurable meal away from the family room. The fully upholstered dining chairs and the soft over table lighting will make dining even more pleasurable. The glass top and stone base table has been designed to maintain the Mediterranean look and feel, with plenty of room for the 6 large dinning chairs. Once your meal is over the formal living room is only a few steps away.

Nook - "relaxed" dining area

Situated adjacent to the kitchen and family room is the nook. This area has been furnished to allow casual inside dining and easily accommodates 6 people (4 around the table and 2 at the breakfast bar). Access to the pool and deck area is through patio doors.

Kitchen

Cooking up an all American breakfast or simply preparing a snack will be a pleasure in this well equipped kitchen. The cool terracotta floor tiles and air conditioning will help you stay cool whilst the quality appliances will ensure your meals are piping hot. All the major appliances are high quality Whirlpool brand including: * Dishwasher * Microwave * full size cooker/oven & grill * large fridge freezer with automatic ice & filtered cold water dispenser built into fridge door. All other appliances required for your everyday needs are provided including: * coffee maker * electric kettle (essential for that breakfast cuppa) * blender * large toaster * electric can opener * waste disposal unit There is also a full complement of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, including a full set of unbreakable items for al-fresco dining on the pool deck. A breakfast bar can easily accommodate 2-3 people to eat snacks or relax over a cold drink. The main telephone is located here and provides FREE unlimited long distance and international calls..

Swimming Pool
This outside living space is ideal for relaxing after a fun packed day
at the parks, or an eventful day on the golf course. The pool is a
good-sized 28ft x 14ft with rounded steps and swim out area making
entering and exiting easy for all. Luxury pool furniture including
sun-loungers, chairs and table for al-fresco dining are on the deck.
Fun can be had with the pool toys or just relax on in the pool on a
sun lounger. The pool deck area enjoys all day Florida sunshine from
dawn to dusk to help you achieve that golden tan and is fully screened
for your comfort (helps to keep those little bugs out and children
in). For child safety a pool fence can be easily erected around the
pool and the patio door has an alarm to reduce the risk of children
entering the pool area unsupervised. The pool is situated at the back
of the house looking over a dry flood lake in a quiet and relaxing
setting. Gardens surrounding the house have been landscaped and are
kept beautifully maintained. Wall lights and solar panel table lamps
help you enjoy the warm evenings, whilst watching the fantastic
underwater fibre optic light change the colour of the water.

We have Lake Madison only a small stroll away which has a nature trail and jogging paths around the lake.
