General Description
Stunning 7 bedroom villa 7 miles/10 minutes from Disney. Florida Star is a luxury air conditioned 7 bedroom villa with 4.5 bathrooms (2 ensuite), game room, pool and spa. The villa is equipped to a very high specification and includes all modern home comforts. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players with a PS2 (including games) in the bunk bedroom. The two king master bedrooms each have LCD flat screen TVs, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. On the landing overlooking the family room a computer offers high speed internet access and photo editing programs. The family room is fully equipped for your entertainment with 52` HDTV, Bose sound system for TV, DVD, VCR, CD and FM radio. In the game room you will find an 8` slate bed pool table, air hockey, Foosball and electronic darts, great for kids and grown ups! A telephone is installed providing unlimited free local and national calls. You can also make free calls to Canada.(All free calls are to landlines and do not include cell phones)

No TV here, but a Sony Hi Fi system to set the mood. Fully carpeted to add to the luxury.

FAMILY ROOM

Vaulted ceiling and overlooked from the landing. This is the heart of the villa. Spacious and light. You can even slot your camera`s media card direct in the 52` TV and view your photos on large screen. Bose sound system, DVD, Video player. Large patio doors lead to the pool deck.

Kitchen / Dining
KITCHEN / NOOK

Fully equipped with self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice maker and everything you might expect.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility area with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Leading off the kitchen and overlooking the pool deck is the Nook with large table and seating for six. The breakfast bar provides additional seating for three. Patio doors lead to the pool deck.

Family room, kitchen, utility area and nook all benefit from ceramic tiled floors.

Outside
Outside there is an extended pool deck (not overlooked to the rear) generously furnished with loungers, chairs and recliners. A lanai (covered area) will keep you dry even during a Floridian shower. On a clear night you can even get a view of the Disney fireworks from here.

Location
Florida Star is situated on Glenbtook Resort approximately 1 mile from 192/Highway 27 intersection. Ideally located for shops, restaurants, golf etc and an easy 10 minute drive to Disney. Communal facilities include pool, tennis, sand volley ball and gym

There is a good selection of restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. A huge Walmart is a mile away, great for stocking up with provisions. There are also many golf courses within a short drive.

FIRST FLOOR LANDING

Computer desk overlooks the family room. High Speed internet access and photo editing software. Save your pictures on CD but please bring your own CDs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For the safety of our guests and their possessions the villa has a fully monitored alarm and smoke system, pool security fence (removable if desired), and alarms to the poolside patio doors designed to protect our younger or infirm visitors.

A leading Management Company is available 24/7 for your assistance if required during your stay.

Linen and towels are provided.
