Property Details

General Description
Traditional stone built family house centered round a secluded courtyard with overhanging vines. Can be let as a four separate apartments or villa. Great for a self catering holiday, Kalavasos locals are very friendly and we have quite a few nice coffee shops in the village square which is a hang out of all the locals in the evenings. There are also a few nice restaurants in the village if you want to try local food.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are four apartments available, three one bedroomk and one two bedroom. The one bedroom has twin beds in the bedroom and can sleep 2-3 extra in the lounge/kitchen area. The two bedroom has 5 beds and can sleep 2-3 in the large lounge/kitchen area. Each bedroom has a TV in it.

Living Areas
Each apartment has a large lounge/ kitchen area with Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There are two sofa`s in the apartments which can be used as extra beds if required

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, pots pans etc. There is a large dining table which will sit 6 persons in the 1 bedroom apartments and 8 in the two bedroom apartment

Outside
The two upstairs apartments have their own balconies overlooking the courtyard area with mountain view and the two downstairs apartments have either a terrace or an alcove to sit under and open out onto the courtyard area. All apartments can use the courytard area which has barbecue area and also a washing machine for comunal use.

Location
Centrally located for exploring the whole island. Archeological sites nearby in Kalavasos and Hirokitea ancient neolithic site is about 5 mins drive. Zigi fishing village is also very near with lots of lovely fish restaurants and a nice peer to walk on on the evenings. Governors beach is just 5 minutes drive with its excellent secluded beaches and restaurants. If you are looking for night life Limassol is only 20 mins away and Larnaca and Nicosia are at most 30 mins from there. Paphos is about 1 hours drive. The Troodos mountains and Troodos are also about an hours drive.

Changeover Details
Any day, no specific changeover day. We will also come in to meet you from late flights.

Twenty percent deposit required in order to confirm reservation. No refund on deposit.

50% on outstanding due amount will be taken if this booking is cancelled 7 days before booking date or there is a no show.

It may be possible in some cases to transfer some of this amount to a later holiday, this is at the discretion of management.

For a stay of one or two nights there will be a surcharge.

A stay of one night is not always possible especially during peak holiday season and will only be allowed under special circumstances. Just make a request and we will see if we can accommodate you.

We would appreciate if you could also include your flight information or if not available Expected Time of Arrival since we have to arrange for someone to meet you at the house on your arrival! If you do not have this information at time of making this reservation, please make sure to let us know as soon as you do.

Extra Details
This is a family house built around 1880`s by our grandfather for his large family. It was later restored by our mother around the 1990`s and this year re renovated by the family again. Its a family run house and we all love it. All visitors who stay there love the peace and tranquility it has to offer them and many come and come again.
