Located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, close to all the attractions of Orlando, this brand new luxurious 4-bedroom villa overlooks the first fairway. Completed in November 2004, it has an excellent Games Room (installed June 2005 with 8ft slate pool table, air hockey and foosball), an upgraded furniture package and is right next to the ladies first tee (no need to get the car out). Stunning views across the fairway from 26ft private pool. Located just 20 minutes from the Disney Parks yet only 50 minutes from the sandy Gulf coast beaches, this luxurious villa is the tropical retreat you are looking for.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are 4 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large ensuite area with walk in shower room , toilet room, and large corner bath. There is also a large walk in dressing room.
The second master bedroom has an ensuite also with a bath and shower.
There are two large twin bedrooms whch share the large main bathroom which has a bath and shower.
All linen is provided (along with a spare set of bedding for each bed). All white towels - bath, hand and face are provided.

Living Areas
There are two large lounges - the pool lounge and the formal family room. Both rooms have 2 large sofas. There is a large television, cable TV, DVD player, music system. The villa has 4 televisions in total.

The garage has been professionally converted into a Games Room with carpets, ceiling fan, a large slate pool table, air hockey tabe - there is a seating area and television installed for your comfort.

Kitchen / Dining
There are two dining areas - a breakfast room off the large kitchen (which comfortably setas four) and a more formal dining room (that can easily seat 8).

Swimming Pool
26 foot private pool with extended decking has 8 sunchairs and
has the most amazing views over the golf course.
Pool heating, if required is charged at cost price (£10 per night).

Outside

There is no need to get the car out for a game of golf - jusy walk up to the tee - the villa virtually overlooks the ladies first tee.

Location
The facilities at this community include tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse with pool table, golf course, with country club, licensed bar/ restaurant and a security gated entrance. Southern Dunes is within walking distance of a 24-hour supermarket, 24-hour Wal-Mart superstore, Winn-Dixie, Petrol Station, Banks, Shops and fast Food Outlets. The community is twenty minutes from Disney World. It is a really peaceful residential community, ideal for walks or jogging. There are many walking paths around the 18 hole golf course.

Changeover Details
Check in time is by 4pm and check out is at 10am. A booking deposit is required of £100 per week, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday. A booking form needs to be completed.
