14 magnificent swimming pools many in a few minutes stroll from the house.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
On level 1 there is a bedroom with a full ensuite facility.The bed is kingsize.You can access the terrace through a door in this room and take in the glorious views of the spanish countryside.
Ground floor has a twin room with 2 single beds a double wardrobe and a shower room with bd and wc next door.

Spacious lounge with leather sofas one being a double sofabed.

Flat screen tv dvd player with dvds for you to use.

Kitchen / Dining
Seperate dining room seats 6 guests.Glass curtains can be opened to dine al fresco style.
The kitchen is open plan and has all the mod cons.washing machine,dishwasher,microwave and a toaster

Swimming Pool
There are 14 communial pools scattered around the complex.

Outside
Level 1 has a terrace area with furniture ,parasol and a bbq set.Open views to the rear of the property.
Level 2 gets the sun all day and sunbeds are provided.Has views to the front and rear of the property.

Location
The house is in a peaceful quiet area of the complex but just within minutes where the centre is.The rear of the property overlooks groves and you can see the most amazing sunsets.
Supermarket is a 5 minute walk
Golf course and clubhouse is under a 5 minute stroll
Town centre with bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes too
