Property Details

General Description
New for 2009 a high quality well equipped little lodge with good insulation, double glazing and gas central heating make it ideal for an out of season break as well as a summer holiday.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are two bedrooms at the lodge, one double and one twin with sea view from the twin room. There is a shower room and also a cloakroom with wc and washbasin.

Living Areas
The Living area is mainly open plan.

Kitchen / Dining
A fully equipped modern kitchen including fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, full size electric oven and gas hob. The dining table and chairs make the most of the sea views.

Swimming Pool
The pool is 1.67m at the deep end, and 1.07m at the shallow end and has a pool for toddlers which is adjacent to the main pool at the shallow end. The pool is not open all year.

Outside
Outside there is an area of grass under the trees with a picnic table and also an area of decking accessed from the lounge with sea views.

Location
Sitting on the cliffs with sea views this lodge is ideal for a holiday by the sea as you can walk down to the water by a slipway closeby.

The West Somerset Coast Path runs by the lodge along the cliffs for a scenic walk.

Close to the historic marina town of Watchet and not far from the seaside town of Minehead where the West Somerset Railway`s steam trains run through.

Locally are the pretty villages of Exmoor and the Quantock Hills.

This is a very beautiful part of England with so much to see.

Changeover Details
Changeover day at the lodge is on a Sunday. A booking is taken with a £50 holding deposit.

Extra Details
All fuel (gas central heating) and all linen is included in the price.

Short breaks are available at £65 per night in low and mid season, £75 in high.
