Property Details

General Description
Casa Cassandra is a character villa built in traditional Portuguese style with beamed ceilings and original tiled floors. The villa is well furnished and equipped and mainatined to a high standard. It has a sizeable plot (2000m2) which fully fenced and hedged offering privacy and security. The property is not overlooked by the neighbours.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The double bedroom is en-suite and two twin bedrooms share another full bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Living Areas
The lounge has a satellitive TV, DVD-player and telephone for incoming and local calls.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen has been recently re-furbished and is fully equipped inc dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker etc

Swimming Pool
The pool is 5x10m with a shallow end and steps. It can be heated for an extra cost.

Outside
Outside there are covered terraces and built-in BBQ. 6 sunbeds and mattresses are provided.

Location
The villa location is excellent being mere 5min walk from restaurants, bars and shops and 10mins from the nearest beach. There is room for off-road parking in the front of the villa but car hire is not essential due to the close location of all amenities.

Changeover Details
Our normal change-over day is Thursday but in the low season we can be flexible.
