General Description
The Villa is a four bedroom two bathroom, one of which is a en-suite, it has a games room also a very large private pool and small toddler pool,and free international telephone calls. and fully air conditioned . The villa will sleep a maximum of Ten people

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The master bedroom hosts cable TV , and an en-suite with bath and walk in shower and twin hand basins, with walk in wardrobe.
second bedroom has cable TV and DVD player, hosts a queen size bed and overlooks the pool area, excecutive furnishings.
Third bedroom has twin single beds and a wardrobe furnished to excecutive standard.
Fourth bedroom has a double bottom bunk bed with single on top , furnished to ececutive standard .
second bathroom has a bath with wall mounted shower and a single vanity basin and toilet

Living Areas
The area cosists of a three piece suite . a TV with cable television,a DVD player, hi-fi system and varing DVD`s to watch.It is decorated in the Floridian style, and carpeted through out to excecutive standard

Kitchen / Dining
Our Kitchen is fully equiped with fridgefreezer / microwave/ twin toaster/ cooker / dish washer / table and chairs the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dinning area has a large glass table and chairs , these are furnished to excecutive standards

The pool area hosts a large pool with a toddlers pool we have a patio area which has a BBq and a large table and chairs, the pool deck area has various loungers and chairs with table and umbrella furnished to ececutive standard ( ALL DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA ARE ALARMED FOR YOUR CHILDRENS SAFTEY )

Location
The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area in Indian Point five minutes from a large Walmart store off the hwy192 and convinient to restaurants and shops also we are 15 minutes from the magic Kingdom.

Changeover Details
We do not have a set change over day. We require a deposit of £150.00, the balance paid eight weeks prior to arrival with a £100.00 security deposit which is refundable two weeks on return.

Extra Details
There is also available useage of the communial pool and tennis courts , rackets provided in the villa , within Indian Point. this is free to all
Also we provide FREE OF CHARGE a high chair and a travel cot.and hair dryer/ beach towels / a push chair .
We also have a games room located in the garage where there is a pool table and an air hockey table .
