General Description
Our villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Pêra, on a small development of 6 villas with views across open farmland to the sea. Due to its elevated position the outside area is very secluded with a mature garden surrounding the property. There are several external dining areas, one of which is built-in, together with sun-bathing terrace, pool and a delightful bamboo covered barbecue area which is engulfed with bougainvillea throughout the summer.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Two air-conditioned double bedrooms both with patio doors to pool area & two twin bedrooms (both en-suite), Full bathroom.

Living Areas
There is also a large lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV, video and mini hi-fi system.

Kitchen / Dining
Fully fitted kitchen new for 2006 including washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, microwave, built-in electric oven and gas hob

Swimming Pool
Irregular shape pool approx 8 x 4.5 metres

Outside
Patio doors lead to the pool area which has an outside shower and is fully furnished with sun-loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas.

Location
Pera is about 5 miles from Albufeira with all its attractions. Golf, waterparks and beaches are all in close proximity.

Changeover Details
Saturday changeover though other days are possible out of the main season.

Extra Details
A safe and metered telephone are also available.
Maid Service, bed-linen and towels included except beach towels.
Free welcome food pack on arrival.
Cots, high chairs and playpen can be arranged (paid locally).
