General Description
Calla Lily Villa is our luxury Florida vacation rental home with lake
front pool terrace with jacuzzi spa and huge lanai only 15 minutes
from Disney and situated in the upmarket highly sought after Crescent Lakes community in Kissimmee.
All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on large lots with big
gaps between the neighboring houses so they are not all on top of one another offering the maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual compared to most of the properties in the Orlando area.
Our privately owned vacation rental villa in Kissimmee is brand new and was only completed in December 2005.
It is a quality vacation home with lots of space for families and it
is built on an over sized lot with no other houses immediately on top of you. The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.
Our Disney pool home is fully air-conditioned with 5/6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and although it is only 15 Min`s to Walt Disney World and less than 10 Minutes to Highway 192 it is located in the exclusive Crescent Lakes development which is built around many lakes and conservation areas.
Our Orlando villa has been beautifully furnished to a very high
standard and is now ready for our first guests arrival.
We have a brilliant spacious Games Room with an 8ft slate bed pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball , electronic darts and table and chairs.
We are now accepting bookings for our brand new Orlando vacation home so be one of our first guests to stay here.
I`m sure you will love our house and will not be disappointed.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There is a Master bedroom on the 1st floor with a King size bed, his and her walkin closets, full en-suite facilities, Cable TV, ceiling fan and clock radio.
The Second bedroom on the ground floor has a Queen size bed and adjoining bathroom, ceiling fan, Cable TV and clock radio.
A further Queen size bedroom with Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and two twin bedded rooms both with Cable TV, ceiling fans and clock radios are also situated on the first floor.
There is a further room on the ground floor which is an additional living room with Cable TV and this also has a Queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping when required.
Hair dyers are supplied in all bathrooms and all towels and linens
are provided.

Living Areas
Our Disney vacation home is very spacious with plenty of room for families to spread out.
All bedrooms have Cable TV, ceiling fans, clock radios and the Family room has a 42` Plasma TV with DVD making 8 TV`s in total.
The family room and breakfast nook both have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the lake or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool.
There is a further loft/den upstairs with a computer with Hi Speed
Internet access, TV, PlayStation2 console, sofa, cordless phone and loads of reading books.
There are 3 cordless phones available with unlimited local and
national calls and a voice-mail facility.
There is also a separate utility room which contains the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything you could possibly need and there is also a remote control under counter Radio/CD player fitted.
There is a separate dining room to the front of the house with seating for 8 guests and this has easy access to and from the kitchen.

Swimming Pool
Gas heated pool and spa with large terrace and lanai area backing
onto a lake with plenty of luxury cushioned pool furniture for
relaxing, dining and sunbathing. Very tranqui with wonderful views.

Outside
There is a huge private pool terrace with lanai and jacuzzi spa which backs onto a lake.
The pool terrace has plenty of luxury cushioned seating and a dining table and parasol.

Location
Calla Lily Cove at Crescent Lakes is situated in an enviable location set amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes yet it is only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all it`s major shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.
The development of Crescent Lakes is located just off Poinciana Boulevard, 10 minutes drive south from the Highway 192. The Reedy Creek Nature Preserve gives a pleasant and picturesque backdrop to this development and provides a tranquil setting to relax in. Crescent Lakes is set in a beautifully wooded area, overlooking the Disney Wilderness Preserve with children`s play area and nearby tennis courts, golf course and swimming pools just a short drive away. Just 10 minutes drive away from Highway 192 with its numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment makes it convenient for all the Orlando area has to offer.
Our villa is within easy reach of over 10 different golf courses (all within a 15 minute car ride) and many nature reserves, lakes and walks and it is also situated near WalMart for all of the everyday shopping and it is also only 50 minutes away from the nearest beach. Enjoy the tranquility yet be close enough to all major attractions. Communal facilities at Crescent Lakes include children`s` play areas, basketball and volley ball courts, purpose built BBQ area and a 24 hour security patrol for your added peace of mind. Fish in the lakes or visit the play area. Close to the villa you will find Bird Watching, Cycling, Fishing, Golf, Horse Riding, Night Life, Sailing, Water Sports, Tennis, a Zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, theme parks and restaurants.

Changeover Details
All prices are subject to 13% Florida Sales & Tourist Taxes.
A 20% Deposit required is required to secure your booking.
The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Additional cleaning charge of 65 Pounds Sterling applies for all stays of less than 7 nights.
Optional pool and spa gas heating available 110 Pounds Sterling per week.
Spa only heating is also available.

No keys are required for access as we have a lock box on the outside wall and guests can just drive to our villa and enter the code.
