Bedroom 2 with double bed and bedroom 3 with two single beds both with countryside & mountain views.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wc and bidet.
Family bathroom with bath/shower over and wc.
Downstairs cloakroom with wc.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Patio doors opening out onto south facing patio.

Outside
The pool is communal, but the majority of the houses are lived in by owners, so the usage is not as high as in a predominantly tourist resort.
There are lovely tropical/mediterranean gardens and a sun-terrace.
The house has an enclosed garden with barbecue, garden furniture for 6 and parasol.
The garden gate provides convenient access to the pool.

Location
3 bedroom house with communal pool. Ex show-house, tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Quiet location with superb mountain views. Walking distance to sandy beach with beach club (from June). 5 mins from the town of Estepona. There are 20 golf courses within 20 mins drive.

Changeover Details
25% deposit taken at time of booking.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks before holiday date together with £200 breakages deposit.
If holiday is within the next 8 weeks, full payment required when booking.
House available from 4pm on the arrival day.
Vacated by 10am on departing day.
A welcome food pack can be arranged. Useful if you`re arriving at odd hours. Provided by the management company, so price includes their shopping time. Please contact me with requirements for a price.
Changeover days are preferably Saturday or Sunday, especially in high season, but other days are possible, depending on time of year. We`ll try to be flexible to help you if we can.

Extra Details
All linen, except beach towels, and weekly cleaning is included in the rental price.
Towels and linen are changed weekly.
The house is cleaned before and after your visit.
Extra maid service can be organised if required.
