General Description
There are 4 apartments at Chateau de la Rocque. property Numbers :430, 479, 499 558 all located in a newly converted outbuilding , each with its own unique character.Tiffany is a 2 bedroomed apartment on 2 levels with direct access to the garden via double french doors. Downstairs the flooring is tiled whilst upstairs the floors are wooden. The apartment is extremely light, spacious and comfortable.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are 2 bedrooms. 1 double with a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, mats, wardrobe, drawers, chair, mirror. The room is extremely light and airy. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, mat, wardrobe, drawers, mirror, chair and shelves. The bathroom is furnished with bath including overhead shower, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. there is a seperate WC.

Living Areas
The living/dining/kitchen areas are open plan.The living area is furnished with extremely comfortable furniture which includes settee, chairs, coffee tables, lamps, wall units, TV/DVD.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is equipped with full size cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machin, utensils and sufficient cutlery, glasses and crockery. There is a pine dining table and chairs.

Swimming Pool
The shared pool measures 16m x 9m and is fenced as required
by french law. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, tables
and parasols. There are also garden dining tables and chairs for `al
fresco` eating. The pool is set away from the apartments so as
not to disturb guests who may be relaxing outside theri
apartments.

Outside
There is direct access to the garden with garden furniture including parasol and BBQ. There is a shared swimming pool which measures 16m x 9m. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, tables parasols and garden dining tables and chairs for `al fresco` eating.

Location
The apartment is located in a converted outbuilding which is set in 25 qcres of a 19th century chateau. There are century old trees and plenty of space for guests to enjoy. We are located 20 minutes from the coast at Capbeton and Hossegor and 30 minutes from Biarritz, Spain is 45 minutes whilst Bordeaux is 1 hour. The local town of Dax, Frances premier spa town is 8kms away.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is Saturday with arrival time being after 4pm. Departure time is 10am. baby equipment cot (including bedding), highchair, pushchair is available free of charge but needs to be reserved at time of booking to ensure availability.

Extra Details
All linen including tea towels and towels (except beach towels) is provided. Each apartment has a hairdryer. A complimentory welcome basket of regional and basic products awaits guests in each apartment. There is a games room with table tennis, table football, darts, tennis equipment, cricket equipment, bikes as well as a selection of books games and toys. We also have a selection of DVD`s for guests use.
