General Description
One of the more expensive areas for villa rentals but worth it. More than 60 miles of beaches some of which have been voted in the top 20 in the entire USA Most popular priced homes are about a 20-30 minute drive from the beaches Well established area with terrific variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes Good nightlife particularly at weekends Two outlet malls for very cheap shopping Variety of water sports and boats / jet skis for hire Siesta Key and Anna-Maria Island are great for families, while Longboat Key is more suitable for adult groups. Plenty to do, but you have to go out and find it. Our local staff are ready to help guests find what is best for them. Closest theme park is Busch Gardens a little over an hour`s drive away. Homes close to the beach will be older than those in Orlando. The Ringling Museum and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall
The homes will have either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge. The homes are either one or two storey (to be requested at the time of reservation) and will have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and one other TV will be in the master bedroom. The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms will either have double or twin beds in.
The outside area will have patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and must be requested at the time of reservation.
As we use multiple suppliers for Gulf Coast Homes, it is therefore important that you receive the appropriate driving directions to the correct suppliers office for customers key collection. Once the home is booked and confirmed with a specific supplier, you will be notified of the supplier. We will provide you with a document of driving directions for all suppliers that we work with. Once you are notified of the management company that the booking has been placed with, arrangements then need to be made to send customers the driving directions for that supplier.

*Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using the sleeper sofa or roll away that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that your guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.

Swimming Pool
Electric Pool Heat:
The vast majority of heaters installed in rental properties are electrical. Electrical pool heaters will generally heat the pool on average 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the average daily temperature. In most pool heaters, there is a thermostat that will automatically switch the pool heating off if the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees.
Gas Pool Heat:
This form of heating is far more effective than electric.
