General Description
Good value, nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 storey accommodation at Freshwater Bay Holiday Village which is located at the rear of Freshwater East beach.

Recently refurbished with new kitchen, bathroom and carpets. Accommodates 4 people plus 2 more on the sofa bed.

From 180 to 400 GBP per week. 10% reduction for multiple weeks or repeat bookings.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one double sofa bed in living area, one fully tiled shower room. Baby travel cot available. The bedrooms have wall mounted heaters.

Bed linen and towels for use in the accommodation are provided. There are additional blankets to supplement the duvets, if required.

The master bedroom has a view of the beach.

Living Areas
On the ground floor is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area.

In the living area is a TV with Sky freesat, DVD player, coffee table, comfy seating (including a sofa bed) and an electric storage heater.

There is a pleasant view across the valley from the living area.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen area has a newly installed kitchen including an electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron etc plus cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and a tiled floor.

The dining area contains a table and 6 dining chairs plus a dresser and electric radiator.

Outside
The accommodation within Freshwater Bay Holiday Village is arranged in short 2 storey terraces within landscaped grounds. This property is towards the front of the site and is an end property with open space to the side. it has a dedicated parking space.

The holiday village has an on-site bar/restaurant called the Long House and outdoor adventure activities are run from the Long House.

Location
Unique location nestled directly behind a beautiful broad safe sandy beach
and located in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, adjacent to National Trust woodlands and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with its breath taking views.

The area is equally popular with families looking for the traditional beach holiday with their children, couples looking for a tranquil place to relax and unwind, and also for those seeking the more adventurous outdoor activities such as surfing, fishing and coasteering which are also very well catered for in the locality.

There are many other places to visit in the vicinity such as Pembroke Castle, Bosherston Lily Ponds, St Govans Chapel, Caldey Island, Stack Rocks, Folly Farm Adventure Park, Ritec Valley Quad Bikes, Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton Activity Park, Manor House Wildlife and Leisure Park and the historic towns of Tenby and Pembroke.

There is a bar/restaurant on site and plenty of other good places it eat in the area. A local outdoor company, TYF, runs outdoor adventure activities form the site.

This accommodation provides you with the opportunity to stay in this beauriful area in comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price.

The area has a mild climate but if you are visiting outside the summer season you will find the accommodation to be lovely and warm.

Changeover Details
For a weekly stay the accommodation is available from 3pm on the first Saturday to 10am on the final Saturday of your holiday.

Shorter periods may be available outside the high season from 35 to 50 GBP per night.

Provisional bookings taken by email or phone which will be reserved for 7 days.
50% non-refundable deposit required to secure holiday booking. The balance is required 2 weeks prior to the holiday.

Rental prices include electricity, bed linen and towels but please bring your own beach towels, as required.

Extra Details
Optional high chair, travel cot, laundry service and collection from railway station in the next village of Lamphey.

The coastal bus service passes the site.
There is a phone box nearby.

Regrettably, no pets are allowed on the site.

I live just half a mile away and so can offer a personal friendly service. I run the accommodation both for interest and as a small friendly business venture.
