General Description
Welcome to this beautiful 2 storey 4 bed, 3 bath villa situated in the quiet scenic community of Bridgewater Crossing just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. With high ceilings the villa has a spacious, fresh feel and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The properties main features are: Private Pool, Games Room, Wireless Internet Connection, Disney themed Rooms. In addition to the property facilities Bridgewater Crossing offers a further large swimming pool, volley ball and tennis courts and the community also has it`s own children`s playground.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The master bedroom is equipped with a US king size bed, digital TV, en-suite, shower, bath, large walk in wardrobe with patio doors leading to the deck and pool. There is a travel cot available for infants at no extra cost.

The Queen bedroom is also very spacious with a large queen bed, large wardrobe and digital TV.

The 2 twin rooms are subtly Disney themed - one for the boys and one for the girls - or for those young at heart. One Disney room has a DVD, VCR and TV combo and the other has digital TV. Both rooms have 2 single (twin) size beds and one can accommodate the foldaway bed if your party is over 8.

Living Areas
The large great room is very spacious with everything you will need for your comfort and entertainment. The living area is equipped with a premium digital TV package, wireless internet connection, Playstation 2 and Games, DVD player and movies, board games and books. With vaulted ceilings the area feels bright, airy and spacious.

Kitchen / Dining
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation - a home from home (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, utensils, etc). The utility area has a dryer, washer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. There is a breakfast nook and dining area for seating up to 10 people, plus a highchair for babies and toddlers.

Swimming Pool
Great size family pool with steps leading into the 3 ft end and an
integrated seat in the 5ft end. Pool Heating is available at an
extra cost. The community also has a large community pool
available for the use of all guests.

Outside
The villa is situated in a quiet, attractive street. The pool area is secluded and is not overlooked by anyone. The pool is 3ft at one end with steps leading into the pool, and 5ft at the other end with an integrated seat. The patio is furnished with sun-loungers, table and chairs with parasol and you also have free use of the gas barbecue.

Our villa is perfectly situated for easy access to the Orlando attractions and golf courses.
Walt Disney World: Just 10 minutes to Disney maingate
SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and International Drive: 20 minutes
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Wet N Wild: 25 minutes
Old Town and Kissimmee: 10 minutes
Interstate 4 (I4): Just a couple of minutes away
US192 (near mile marker 6): 6 minutes away
US27 - 2 minutes drive
Golf courses (Champions Gate, Reunion and Disney): 5 minutes away
Busch Gardens: 1 hour (but well worth the trip)
Cypress Gardens: 1 hour
Orlando International Airport: 30 minutes
Sanford International Airport: 1 hour
Nearest supermarket is Publix: 3 minutes away

Changeover Details
All our prices are Inclusive of Tax.
To secure your dates a £100 or $180 deposit is required.
Our security deposit is £150 or $270 which is refunded within 21 days of the end date of your vacation in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
On your day of arrival access to the property is available from 4pm and on day of departure you will need to vacate by 10am. Subject to availability you can extend your leaving time at an additional cost.
