A modern 1 bed apartment built in the local style on the fringe of Zakopane. Ideal location to access all amenities and activities.

Bedroom - Double Bed with wardrobe and drawer space (all linen provided)

Shower - equipped with a good sized shower cubicle, W.C. and wash hand basin in vanity unit with shaver point

Living Areas
Lounge - 3 piece leather suite with sofa converting to double bed (all linen provided) Log fire, radio, TV and door to patio

Kitchen / Dining
Kitchenette - Part of kitchen/diner. Microwave, Hob, built under fridge and all cutlery, crockery, etc, provided

Diner - Part of kitchen/diner. Table and seating for four. Table can be extended

Outside
Patio is part of the apartment and not shared. It is situated to the West side of the property so as to benefit from the afternoon and evening sun

The garden is shared with the occupants of the adjacent apartments.

Shutters are fitted to the windows that when drawn down, will lock into place and provide additional peace of mind

Lawns are shared

Car Parking space is provided with the apartment. The gate is electrically operated to the entrance of the drive. This can be operated by the fob of the keys provided

Location
ZAKOPANE, probably Poland`s most popular tourist location. The town and region has managed to maintain its own unique identity through the preservation of the traditional highland culture.

In the summer the apartment is ideally situated to explore the lakes, forests and peaks of the High Tatras, part of the Carpathian range. In the winter there is ample skiing to satisfy the most ardent skier.

There`s no better ski town than Zakopane. This resort has everything you could want for in a snow destination. Nestled in the heart of the Tatra Mountains, the peak of the Carpathians, a northeastern offshoot of the Alps, Zakopane keeps its visitors happy and they keep coming back.

Perhaps the fact that the Tatra Mountains are the youngest alpine mountain chain in the world has something to do with the energy around here? Between the vast vistas, hot hotels, and bruising bars, you`ll find something for everyone in Zakopane. Currently there are over 60 ski lifts and this number is growing due to the exploding popularity of the region. Here are some hot spots :-

At the top of the list is Kasprowy Wierch. You can reach this summit by the cable car from Kuznice. Once you get to the top you`ll enjoy a superb ride down. The slope is fairly challenging, so novice skiers should go at their own risk. Good skiing conditions can hold until May

Nosal is another top choice. With a chair-lift and over 10 T lifts, you won`t be bored. On a clear day the views are fantastic.

Next up is Gubalowka, which provides the closest slopes to the town. You can reach the top via the newly built railcar or one of many T-bar style lifts. In addition to a fantastic view of Zakopane and its surrounding environs, you`ll find slopes for all levels of skiers. Artificial snow and lighting keep the place humming for a long while.

Whether you visit Zakopane as an individual, family or as a group, you will want to make the most of what the area has to offer.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is usually Saturday but can be flexible depending on occupation

The owner`s weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

Extra Details
Support:

On arrival at the apartment you will be handed the keys by Aneta or her husband. Aneta maintains the apartment and will be on hand should there be any problems with the accommodation.

You will have been given Anetas` telephone number with other details provided with your booking.

You will of course have our numbers and will be able to contact us at any time

Supermarket is a 5 minute walk

Town centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk

A non refundable deposit of 20% of the rental fee to be paid on booking to reserve dates.

The balance of the rental fee to be paid four weeks before the commencement of your stay to secure your booking.
