Three bed room self catering holiday home across the road from the beach on the West Cork Coastline, Sleeps up to 5 people. Ideal base for touring West Cork or for a family holiday. Property is located in a small private development inside electric gates with code required for entry into the development . Small childrens play area on site & games room with table tennis & minature pool table for the wet afternoons

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Bedroom one has a double bed with ensuite shower off it , bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom three has a single bed. Bed line & one hand towel & one bath towel per person are supplied , you will need to bring beach towels with you . . The main bathroom has pumped shower over bath & the ensuite off the master bedroom has a pressurised pump shower in it , hot water from solar system or gas heating depending on the time of yearr

Living Areas
Living area is comfortable witha a wood burning stove , Tv leather couches with seating for up to 8. Wood burning stove to keep you cosy in winter. Very comfortable living area , cosy in the winter time, with the heat form the woodburning stove as well as the central heating which is run by gas . Free to air satellite reception on the TVs

Kitchen / Dining
Traditional Pine dinig table with seating for 8 . Gas cental heating which heats hot water as well as the house. Solar panels have been recently added to use the renewable energy from the sun from hot water when it shines. All modern appliances in the kitchen , washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher oven & hob , kettle toaster coffee maker

Swimming Pool

Outside
Landscaped area inside the elecrtic gates with open plan gardens . Parking for up to 2 cars per property. A small childrens play area to rear. The development is a small private development across the road from the beach on the West Cork Coastline. Open plan grassed area for ease of maintenance with a small patio area to the rear of the house. Solar panels have been fitted for hot water on a sunny day

Location
Located just across the road from the beach just off the N71, 3 km form Rosscarbery and 12 km from Clonakilty. Located in side electric gates in a small private development this three bedroom proeperty has Sat - Sat bookings in July and August and short breaks or weekly rental available the rest of the year.by arrangement , minimum stay 3 nights

Changeover Details
Sat - Sat in July & August , rest of year short breaks or weekly bookings by arrangement with owner. Mininium stay 2 nights from September - June ( Euro 150.00 per night) Arrival by arrangement at time of booking. Gas central heating , wood burning stove & solar panels for hot water.
