The villa is 500m above sea level, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over a plateau and the mountains and enjoys cooling breezes through the summer. Uzumlu village is a 2km walk away with shops, restaurants and bars and a short drive takes you to Calis Beach, Olu Deniz, Patara Beach and to Fethiye Town. This lovely villa has all that you could want. The 3 living rooms all access the veranda with BBQ and illuminated pool. The 5 bedrooms on the upper two floors have sun terraces. There are en-suite and family bathrooms and all rooms are air-conditioned. There is a large Gym and Games Room with cross-trainer, weights, a punchbag, table tennis, quoits and darts. There is a separate bar area with a surround sound theatre system and a Nintendo Wii.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The first floor includes the master bedroom with en-suite toilet/shower room, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views. The second floor has a large family bedroom with a double and single bed, there is a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room together with a hidden sun terrace. All room are air-conditioned and are equipped with stylish handmade furniture and all the double beds are king size.
Living Areas
From the entrance hall an archway leads into the main lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV/DVD/CD and two large sofas. Another archway leads into the dining room with dining table and seating for 7 people, an adjoining dining area on the terrace seats another 6 people. Next door is another separate lounge themed in an `Ottoman` style with TV/DVD/CD and a stereo music system with iPod dock with ample games, music and films. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and stairs then lead down to the 60m2 Gym and Games Room. This room has a cross-trainer, weights, a punchbag, quoits, darts, Nintendo Wii and a table tennis table and also another toilet/shower room and a sink/bar area - ideal for the more energetic!
Kitchen / Dining
There is a fully equipped kitchen to cater for up to 13 people with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, iron/board and ample cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is a separate dining room seating 7 and an adjoining area on the patio with another dining table for 6 with a built-in BBQ.
Swimming Pool
A lovely illuminated pool 7.5m x 4m x 1.5-2m deep surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers parasols etc. Particular attention has been made to ensure safety for small children.
Outside
Surrounding the villa are gardens and grassed areas with fruit trees and shrubs and plants are arranged around the sun terraces. The pool and gardens are regularly maintained by our groundsman and there is secure parking for 2 vehicles.
Location
The bustling port of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses or is an easy drive by car. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with sandy beaches and the centre for paragliding is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs and restaurants. Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive with bars, restaurants a 5km shingle beach and a water park - you can get to Fethiye from here by water taxi.
Changeover Details
Changeover days are flexible and depend only on previous bookings. To book send a Booking Form (found on the `Rates & Calendar` page of our website www.lycianvillas.com) together with a 20% deposit. The balance is paid 4 weeks before arrival together with a £150 returnable damage deposit. You can also pay by Credit Card using a secure PayPal portal on our Website.
Extra Details
We can arrange return Dalaman Airport Transfers by Car at £84 or by Minibus at £130 and we can also arrange rental vehicles if you require.

Extra Pricing Information
The rental rates are for the whole villa for up to 13 people for 1 week, book by 31/12/2010 and deduct 10%. Parties of 6 or less can stay outside the High season and deduct 15%. Longer stay discounts are available and there are no additional costs. Payment can be made by credit card through a secure PayPal portal on our website.
A welcome pack is provided together with bed linen and towels which are changed weekly during the villa clean. Our english speaking agent will contact you at the villa and he can arrange tours and deal with any medical or other needs.
