At the front of the property is the brand new conservatory currently being used as the dining room. Pine table and matching chairs seating a maximum of 6 people.

Outside
There is a beautiful, private, enclosed garden to the front of the property with sea glimpses, an ideal area to wind down at the end of the day. Garden table, six chairs and BBQ provided. At the rear of the property there is a small stream running along the property boundary so smaller children should be supervised. There is parking available on the lane, although not allocated we have always been able to park even during peak season. This is a real bonus for Mousehole as parking in the village itself is so limited that a lot of holiday makers have to rely on public car parks. Unloading, loading and access in and out of Mousehole is made much easier by this great location
Location
The centre of Mousehole is approx 1/4 mile away with its winding streets and alley ways, old net lofts and sandy sheltered harbour. Explore the many art galleries and cafes or just enjoy a pasty and ice cream over looking the harbour and sea beyond. There are many sandy beaches in the area such as Sennen and Porthcurno, as well as beautiful coastal walks towards the fishing town of Newlyn where you can purchase the fresh catch of the day. The market town of Penzance is only 3 miles away or you can explore further afield to St. Ives and Lands End or even a day trip to the Scilly Isles. Shops, pub and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. On street parking is usually available opposite the cottage
