Villa Fedra is a luxury 3-bedroomed villa with private pool located in one of the most scenic areas of Greece. The villa is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just a short way up the hillside overlooking Vlicha Bay. This enviable position not only offers breathtaking sea views, but is only minutes away from the picturesque and historic village of Lindos. Villa Fedra is one of four front–line seaview villas in a luxury gated development of only 8, offering the most stunning and uninterrupted panoramic views, whilst allowing easy access to the beach and all amenities.

Location
Lindos Village, which is located 50 km southeast of Rhodes town, has a population of 1,000 people. It is one of the most interesting archaeological sites in Rhodes and it attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world.

There are no cars in Lindos, just ‘donkey taxis’ which can take you to the beach or the Acropolis. Although the village is essentially unchanged, there are an ever increasing range of bars and restaurants to suit every taste.

The village is very well known for its Acropolis of Lindos and it is the birthplace of Charis the Lindios, architect of the Colossus of Rhodes. Just like the Old Town of Rhodes, Lindos was declared as a monument for preservation and therefore it has managed to maintain its old tradition and style.

Changeover Details
For reservations, a deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure.
Our preferred arrival/departure days are Wednesdays or Saturdays. Other days of the week are possible and depend on the time of year. Please call or email to discuss your request.
If you wish to book Villa Fedra within 8 weeks of travel, the full amount is payable upon reservation.
Villa Fedra is a strictly Non-Smoking Villa and your cooperation is appreciated.
A £150 security deposit is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday, providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay.
Arrival time is after 4pm. Villa Fedra must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Full booking conditions will be sent with the reservation form. We can send you an advance copy of this on request via email.
Payment currency and methods: Payment required in GBP by personal cheque or Internet bank transfer.

Extra Details
The price per week covers the cost of full, private use of Villa Fedra for up to six people (3 bedrooms).

Bed linen, hand, face & bath towels are provided. No beach towels are provided. The villa will be cleaned weekly. Bed linen and towels will be changed weekly. Additional cleaning/changes on request, payable locally for a small charge.

For long winter or summer lets of more than 2 weeks, a discount can be negotiated. Please ask for more details.
