The Complex is centrally located in the Chamonix style village of Beli Iskar, commanding amazing unspoilt views over the mountains and
village itself. Two international standard resorts are nearby
(Borovets only a few miles away and Malyovitsa). For summer time,
Bulgaria`s largest inland lake, Lake Iskar, is just a 20 minute
drive away. Here you will find private beaches and great
opportunities for fishing, swimming etc. Access from the UK is easy
with Sofia airport only 1 hr away

Extra Details
The resort enjoys 150 days of snow cover every year, the ski season
runs from December through April with a snow cover of more than 1.5
meters. For downhill skiers and snow boarders, the resort offers 18
well kept and lift-equipped ski runs, totalling 40 kilometres in
length, descending from a high point of 2,560 meters above sea
level, with a maximum vertical drop of 1,420 meters.Winter sports -
skiing, snowboarding, cross country, snow-mobiling, night skiing &
ice skating.
In the spring, summer and autumn, enjoy walking tours, climbing,
tennis, hiking, horse riding, fishing, bird watching, golf and water
sports at the nearby Lake Iskar. Having a property in Eagle Rock
means you can enjoy all of these activities in one of the most
scenic spots in Bulgaria.
