General Description
There are 4 apartments at Chateau de la Rocque, all located in a newly converted outbuilding,each with its own unique special character. all apartments are on 2 levels with either tiled or marbled flooring to the living areas and wooden floors in the bedroom. Each apartment has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and are furnished in individual styles to suit the apartment.La Lantage is a spacious, light and extremely comfortable 3 bedroomed apartment Total area is 124 sq. metres. La lantage sleeps up to 8 persons.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are 2 double bedrooms each with double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, mats, wardrobe, drawers and chairs and mirror. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside cabinet between with a lamp and mat, also wardrobe with shelves and chair. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room consisting of shower, washhand basin and WC as well as a heated towel rail. There is also a family bathroom consisting of bath with overhead shower and screen, wash hand basin and WC. There is also a heated towel rail.

Living Areas
The living area is extremely spacious and light having 2 large arched windows as well as double french doors which lead directly out onto the garden and courtyard. There is a large corner unit setteee as well as a double bed settee, coffee table, sideboard, TV/DVD.

Kitchen / Dining
The dining area forms part of the living room and can seat 8 persons. There is a wall unit with sufficient cutlery, table mats etc The kitchen is large and is equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient crockery, glasses, utensils, pans etc: There is a further marble topped table and 4 chairs.

Swimming Pool
The shared swimming poo measures approx: 16m x 9m and is
constant depth of 1.2m. The pool is fenced as required by french
law and is set away from the apartments so as not to disturb
guests who are relaxing outside their apartments. The pool has
sunloungers, side tables, garden dining tables, chairs and parasols.

Outside
The courtyard is a large area which includes patio and lawn, and is a real sun trap for those wishing to develop a serious tan. There is a garden table with chairs and parasol and the window ledges are decorated with flower boxes. There is also a clothes airer.

Location
The apartment is located in a converted out building which is set in 25 acres of a 19th century chateau. There are centuries old trees and plenty space for guests to enjoy. La Lantage enjoys a private courtyard setting that is a superb sun trap for developing a serious tan!

Changeover Details
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure time is 10am.We have baby equipment (cot, including bedding, high chairs, pushchairs) for guests use free of charge but these need to be reserved at time of booking in order to ensure availability. A 20% deposit is required at time of booking. A refundable damage deposit is required on arrival.

Extra Details
All bed linen, towels (except beach towels) is included. There are hair dryers in all apartments. A complimentory welcome basket awaits guests on their arrival and is full of regional produce as well as basic groceries. We have a games room which includes, table tennis, table football, tennis equipment, cricket equipment, darts, boules and bicycles as well as games, toys and books.
