Spaview provides accommodation for up to 8 people. We will meet you at Spaview on your arrival to show you around. Spaview is fully serviced and we can also arrange anything else for you, from having your Groceries Stocked, Activities Booked, Babysitters through to arranging your own Personal Chef for the evening.

The property is located on a quiet and prestigious road and is a 2 minute drive or 3 min walk to the centre of Napier via the Centennial Gardens. The position of Spaview makes the stunning views all the more incredible. Set high on Napier hill allowing you to enjoy wonderful views across the Pacific Ocean to Cape Kidnappers.

Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement.

Spaview can be rented for NZ$600 per night. This price includes GST (Goods & Service Tax of 12.5%).Prices valid till October 08

A minimum of 2 nights per stay is required.
Housekeeping every third day is included in the price. Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$100 per service.

Wireless Broadband internet access and local phone calls are free of charge.
All other telephone calls will be charged to your credit card following your departure.
We offer a secure coded credit card payment facility. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card, JCB and American Express.

Terms and conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival will incur a booking fee of NZ$250.00
Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card.
Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted at Spaview.
We regret family pets and animals are not invited.
We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay.
Spaview Ltd reserves the right to charge your credit card with any breakage or damage costs that occur during your stay.
Spaview Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
Spaview Ltd endeavours to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order. In the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
