A new (2003) ground floor apartment in one of the best developments near Puerto banus. Built in the famous Andalucian white villages style. All rooms with marble floors. Various south facing terraces. Equipped with all modern appliances you may expect in a luxury environment

Plenty of cupboard space. Guest bedroom has a separate bathroom and private terrace.
Bathrooms are modern and completely equipped with glass screens on bath and in the shower area.

Spacious and to the highest standards tastefully furnished and decorated living area. All in classic colonial style. 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs.
Flat screen TV with cable and satelite TVsations, DVD/CD player, satelliteradio.
Direct access from the living area to the sun protected terrace. The fireplace (between living area and dining area) is the finishing touch of a cosy winterevening.
Party games are available.

Kitchen / Dining
Separate kitchen with many electrical appliances. (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemaker, oven, freezer, toaster, fridge)
Table with 2 seats. Access to a sunny terrace/utilities area.
The dining area is integrated in the living area and has 4 seats.

2 large communal pools, surrounded by beautiful mediteranean gardens, on a short distance (40 m.) from our ground floor apartment

Outside
The resort Los Naranjos offers the best opportunities for your holiday and combines the luxury of Puerto Banus and its famous marina (where you can watch the jet set), with unique shopping areas, unforgettable day trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada or Morocco or beautiful sandy beaches with numerous water sports facilities. Golf facilities are next door.
Make a white village trip and visit Tolox, Ojen, Coin and Mijas.
Spend a day in the `Old Town` of Marbella with the Plaza de Los Naranjos, surrounded with a wide variety of shops, boutiques and restaurants.
This all under the blessing of a mild sun in an extremely pleasant climate where temperature in winter can easily reach 20º

Location
Los Naranjos de Marbella is located in the heart of the Golf Valley near Puerto Banus. Tennis, paddle, golf, restaurant and internet are on walking distance.
Los Naranjos is always surprising in its design as housing estate.
The distance to Puerto Banus (shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches) is appr. 1.200 m, not more than a 15 min. walk.
It is an ideal location to enjoy the many sight seeings, beautiful sandy beaches and nunerous sports activities with the mountains in your back yard. (Sierra Blanca). Many free parking places at the front door.
There is a busstop just around the corner of our apartment.

The Costa del Sol (also called Costa del Golf) enjoys 320 days sunny conditions a year and the mild climate (in summer and winter) makes the region the most attractive holiday destination of Spain and Europe.
The Marbella area offers a wide range of holidaymakers the favourite conditions for an unforgettable stay.
There a numerous sportsactivities but you can also enjoy a relaxing walk through the Sierra. Or make an impressive daytrip to Ronda and visit the oldest bullring in Spain and the 200m. deep Tajo cleft. See Malaga with its Picasso Museum and the Renaissance style build cathedral.
Gibraltar with view on Africa and the famous ape-cliff. A daytrip to Granada (Alzambra), the Spanish enclaves Ceuta and Melilla (northern Africa) or Marocco is easy to make and is a fascinating experience.

It is the ideal location for a long-stay winter holiday under a highly appreciated micro climate with temperatures around 20º C.

For car-rental customers, we (as a home-owner) have an agreement with 2 car-rental companies at Malaga Airport, offering you an attractive discount.
