2 bedrooms - one 5` double bed, one with twin beds, built-in cupboards. Bedding provided - duvets or blankets and sheets if preferred. Cot and mattress provided, but no bedding. Large bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, basin, bidet. Separate shower room, separate WC and basin.

Outside
Beautiful walled gardens with romantic ruins. Kitchen garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables available. Free fishing on River Exe at bottom of garden. Croquet. Camp fires by river.

Location
Tiverton is an historic market town with easy motoring access to Dartmoor, Exmoor, Exeter, and North and South Coast beaches. 7 miles from Junction 27 on the M5. Tiverton Castle is just a few minutes from the shops.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is Friday. Short Breaks of minimum 3 nights available for booking any time from 1st November to 31st May. Bank Holidays during this period and from 1st June to 31st October may be booked at two weeks` notice only.

Extra Details
Leisure Centre 5 minutes` walk from Castle - large swimming pool, tennis, gym. Riding available locally.
