A converted 16th Century Barn on the edge of the farmyard, part of an 80 acre working farm on the western slopes of the beautiful Teign valley in South Devon. Many orginal features have been kept but the house has most moden convienices. Sleeps 9 adults + 3 children.

Two double bedrooms, one twin with single bed gallery over, one bedroom sleeping three with twin bed gallery over.Two bathooms both with WC one shower and WC downstairs as mentioned above.

KItchen/dinning with Rayburn stove, eletric cooker, microwave, fridge- freezeer, washing machine, TV and radio casset player.

Outside
Small enclosed garden on the edge of the farmyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Fields and conservation areas with beatiful views over the Teign valley and an abundance of wildlife.

2 miles from Bovey Tracey, 12 miles Exeter, Southern edge of Dartmoor and 6 miles from the sea at Teignmouth.
