Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The two Master bedrooms have been sumptuously furnished with queen beds & luxury bedsets. Dresser, nightstands & walk in closet (with lots of coat hangers) provide ample storage.
Both master bedrooms have a television, clock radio & own ensuite bathroom.
Master bathrooms feature bath, shower, double vanity basins & hairdryer.
The two Twin bedrooms have 2 single beds, nightstand, clock radio, drawer chest & built in wardrobe.
One room is disney themed and one nautical themed.
Both twin rooms share the third bathroom.
Third bathroom features bath, shower, single vanity basin & hairdryer.

Living Areas
The spacious lounge is situated at the front of the house giving a peaceful area to relax or read on the two sofas.
We also have a coffee table & a 32" TV in here as well.
The 3 seater sofa opens out to a queen size bed for extra sleeping.
Formal dining can be had around the large table which has seating for six.

Kitchen / Dining
This large open plan area overlooking & opening out onto the pool deck is the hub of the villa where you will spend most of your time whether watching tv, listening to music, cooking, eating or to & from the pool.
Relax on the large corner sofas & watch a movie on the huge 51” TV while being engulfed in sound from the home cinema system. A dvd, cd,mp3 player & tuner is also built into the surround sound system. A playstation 2 + games is also here for big screen gaming.
There is also a selection of books, board games & dvd’s to help keep you entertained.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all mod cons as you would expect including dishwasher, microwave & fridgefreezer with the all important ice maker.
There is a good range of crockery, glassware & utensils.
Casual dining can be taken at the table in the nook overlooking the pool with further seating at the breakfast bar.

Swimming Pool
Large heated pool and spa jacuzzi is set in extended screened
deck giving plenty of room to sit out by the pool or layout on the
sunloungers.
Pool area unoverlooked from the rear ensures peace and privacy.
Dine alfresco at the poolside table or relax on the Sunloungers,
soaking up the florida sun around the pool with a long cool drink.
The pool & spa features fibre optic colour change lighting adding
to the feeling of luxury whether swimming, taking a dip in the
jacuzzi or just relaxing around the pool in the evening. Outside
lighting means you can enjoy evenings around the pool even
after dark.
Rollaway pool cover helps maintain water temperature in cooler
months.
The safety of small children is ensured with a pool safety fence
that can be easily rolled away when not required.

Deposits can be paid by -
cheque in GBP or US DOLLARS.
Credit / Debit card using paypal(3% surcharge applies).
A 20% deposit is payable on booking.
Full balance payable 10 weeks before arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival full payment is required.
Booking forms and terms & conditions can be sent by email,
fax or post.

I wanted you to know we really enjoyed your home in Florida. We had a great holiday even if we did over do the theme parks a little. Your house was just perfect for our needs. With three generations the extra space and bathrooms were a plus. Every night we soaked our tired bones in the hot tub.
We would certainly like to rent the villa again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We would like to thank you for the holiday of a lifetime at `The Retreat` at Windwood Bay. We had a magical christmas and new year that is long to be remembered. From start to finish we were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The villa is luxurious and comfortable and catered for our every need. The children were never bored when we did stay in with the games room, play station and board games etc. It was so peaceful and relaxing around the pool we didn’t want to venture out, but the villa is in a perfect position with Disney world and other attractions so easy to get to we were able to enjoy trips out as we pleased. This was our first trip to Florida so we started out a little apprehensive, but we soon found our way around and became a regular at Publix the local supermarket where by the way you can buy a splendid christmas dinner.
We will highly recommend `The Retreat` to all our friends.
