Swimming Pool
Luxury 36` X 15` south facing pool with waterfall feature and large Jacuzzi/spa.
Spa is heated separately from pool and has powerful therapy jets and upgraded
pumps for deep relaxation. The mosaic-tiled pool has optional heating and fibre optic
lighting, which changes colour at night and highlights the water feature. There is a
screened deck, which is covered with a screen "structure" to keep out those pesky
critters but lets in the sun`s rays! There is a propane gas BBQ grill (stored in the
Garage). Padded loungers, table and chairs complete the comfort while a poolside
bathroom adds to the convenience.

At the end of the sub-division are tennis courts, basketball and children`s play area. The pool is South facing and backs on to a quiet County Road and Conservation area.

Location
Windwood Bay is a brand new sub-division and one of the closest to Disney`s residental Celebration area which generally does not allow short term letting. Surrounded by Conservation Areas though close to I-4, Golf, Courses and 12 mins to Walt Disney World.

Though it is peaceful and quiet there are shops, bank and restaurants within a 3 minute drive
