Bedrooms: The gite comfortably sleeps 5 in 2 large double bedrooms. The south-facing bedroom has a large double bed and the rear-facing bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed.

Dining room / Lounge: Open-plan with 6-seater farmhouse table, leading to large, centerpiece fireplace and comfortable (2-sofa) lounge area.

Kitchen / Dining
Kitchen: Brand new, excellently-equipped with electric oven and mixed electric/gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. The kitchen has easy access to the rear of the property (eating areas and swimming pool).

Swimming Pool
Large (12mx6m), heated and enclosed swimming pool with pool house (toilet & shower). [Shared only if House occupied.]

Location
Les Armengauds is a 100-year-old farmhouse set in 2 acres, and surrounded by the sunflower fields of South-West France.

Conveniently located, it is only 40 minutes from Carcassone airport; 50 minutes from Toulouse airport; and just under an hour from the Mediterranean beaches and the nearest ski station in the Pyrenees.

The nearest town is Revel (5 miles) which is well served with restaurants, shops, and it’s picture-postcard French market.

Changeover Details
Prices include all bedding, towels, cleaning, and meet & greet reception. Also, full access to our English-speaking property manager for any problems or issues that may arise during your stay.
