Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Our courtyard villa has four large bedrooms allowing up to ten people to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.The other two bedrooms are twin rooms with two single beds in each room. All the rooms come with large walk-in closets, also the villa has air-conditioning so you can stay cool when the temperature is high outside.

Living Areas
Our villa has a large open space living room with cable TV also a playstation 2 to use.It has large luxurious sofas so the whole family sit down together at the end of each packed day.Patio doors allow access onto the pool deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight and a good veiw out to the pool area. One of the sofas can be easily transformed into a Queen size bed.

Kitchen / Dining
The large modern kitchen adjoins the dining area and comes complete withall the latest amenities including a large microwave, fridge/freezer/ice machine, large selection crockery and cutlery,dishwasher, and coffee machine. Also we have a separate laundry room with dryer.

Full size pool 26 x 13 foot .Private pool and spa both can be
heated .Heating at extra cost.

Outside
Our villa has a full size pool and spa , which can both be heated if needed at an extra cost.The pool is 26 x 13 foot and comes with oversized patio area and furnished with chairs , table and sun longers. The pool deck includes a covered lannia with added fans.The pool deck is fully screened which helps keep the pool clean and keep the wildlife out. The pool is cleanned on a weekly basis so you can be sure that the pool water is clean and safe to use.

Location
Our villa is 1/2 a mile off highway 192 on hihgway 27. It is only 6 miles from Disney .There are many essential amenities very close including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, bank, petrol station, Super Wal-Mart ,and over 20 Quality Golf courses.

Changeover Details
Bookings can be made for any free dates .Arrival times are from 1600 hrs and depart times are 10 00hrs .A deposit of £150 will book the dates you require, the balence must be paid 10 week prior to your arrival.Please note deposits are non refundable,also payments made 10 weeks prior to arrival. Please make sure you have insurance incase of cancellation.
A security deposit of£150/$250 is due with the final payment, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure, provided no damage is caused to the villa.
