General Description
Cormorant Guesthouse is situated on the edge of the Wilderness Lagoon and offers Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a choice of luxurious guest rooms, all with breathtaking sea and mountain views from the sundecks.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Baby Leopard Suite: It is a beautiful spacious room, luxurious and tastefully decorated with direct access to our palm garden. The Baby Leopard Suite has a bath and shower en-suite as well as a walk-in cupboard.

Lion Room: The Lion Room is a big room with its own entry in front of the house. It is a semi self-catering unit with a small kitchenette providing a fridge and dishes. Furthermore there is a bath and shower en-suite.

Leopard Room: This room has a bathroom with shower en-suite. Leopard room is also our family room as it offers a comfortable bed sofa for the children in addition. You can enter it through a separate entry.

Lagoon View Room: Enjoy panoramic views over the lagoon and the sea from this room. It has a bathroom with shower en-suite.

All our rooms are double rooms, equipped with tea and coffee trays and have selected satellite TV-channels.

Outside
We offer you a rich and healthy breakfast, which we serve in our sunny palm garden.
In the evenings you can relax on one of our 3 beautiful sundecks on top of the house. Enjoy the magnificent view over the lagoon and the Indian Ocean, read your book and have a wonderful glass of wine. We offer regular sundowner specials.

Location
Wilderness is situated about fifty kilometers from Knysna, about a forty minutes` pleasant drive through what is often referred to as the Garden Route "Lake District". Golden stretches of beach are washed by the rolling waves of the Indian Ocean. Inland only a few kilometers from the sea, the Outeniqua Mountains form an impressive backdrop.

Walks along the beach with swimming in the warmer months are a must for the day tripper. In the afternoon take a quiet stroll along the boardwalk which meanders through the reeds of the Wilderness Lagoon. Two spectacular view sites are; Map of Africa situated above Wilderness and Dolphins Point above the mouth of the Kaaimans river.
