General Description
An executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa set in an extremely peaceful location. This villa features and Pool and Spa plus games room with air hockey, pool table and table tennis.
Drive straight to the villa, no need to stop and pick up keys.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Master Bedroom 1

This features a king size bed, TV, telephone and radio alarm clock and has a window overlooking the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has large walk-in shower as well as a garden tub and a wash basin. There is a separate toilet within the bathroom. You will also find a large walk-in cupboard for all your clothes. The bedroom has its own door out to the pool area.

Master Bedroom 2

This features a king size bed, TV with DVD player and radio alarm clock along with a large walk-in cupboard. The en-suite bathroom has a garden tub with a shower over, a wash basin and toilet. The pool area can be accessed through the bathroom door.

Twin Bedrooms

Both of the twin bedroom feature 2 twin beds and storage facilities for your clothes. One bedroom has a TV and the other has a TV with DVD player.

Family Bathroom

This is shared by the twin bedrooms and features a bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet

Living Areas
The living area is split into three sections along with the kitchen and has been tiled throughout.

Lounge Area

This area is to the front of the house and has a two seater settee and a three seater settee (converts into king size bed) along with some coffee tables. You will also find the computer in the lounge area along with the Radio/CD player, which can be moved around the house if you wish.


Family Room

Towards the back of the house and overlooking the pool area through the patio doors is the family room. This features a 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee and coffee tables. You will also find the main TV here along with a DVD player and PlayStation games console.

The dining area splits the two above areas

Kitchen / Dining
Kitchen

The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook yourselves gourmet meals or simply enjoy a take away. There is a breakfast bar area with 4 stools for less formal dining. Here you will also find your cordless telephone and answer machine.

Laundry Room

This room features a washing Machine and Tumble dryer, making it possible to travel light. You will also find an ironing board and iron.

Dining areas

As well as the breakfast bar there is a formal dining area with a large table seating 6, from here you can look out of the window over the orange groves.
You will also find a hexagonal table on th epatio area providing outside dining.

Swimming Pool
A sunny 28ft pool starting at 3ft deep going to 5ft deep.
There is also a Spa.
The sun comes on the pool early morning and remains there until
sunset.
Pool heating may be purchased in the cooler months

Outside
Step out of any of the 3 exits to the pool area and you will find yourself under the covered lanai. Enjoy a meal round the large hexagonal table or wander off to one of the sun loungers or reclining chairs. A ceiling fan has been installed here to help cool down on the really hot days.

Relax in the Spa and gaze out at the orange groves or take a leisurely dip in the pool. Optional pool heating may be purchased for the cooler months.

Location
Situated less than 5 minutes from te I4 in a peaceful community just off of Highway 27. This villa gets no passing traffic allowing you to relax when not out at the theme parks or Floridas other attractions.
Disney main gate can be reached with 15 minutes an dUniversal is Approx 25 minutes away.
there are some local restaurants and grocery stores.
Being just off the I4, travelling to either of the coasts is easy.

Changeover Details
Refundable Security deposit of £200 required with full payment
Deposit of £100 per week, full payment 10 weeks prior to holiday.
stays of less than 1 week incur a cleaning fee
Arrival time is 4pm and departure time 10am.

Extra Details
Games Room

In the Games room you will find a full size air hockey table enabling four people to enjoy the game together. There is also a six foot pool table (with lights over) which easily converts into a table tennis table
