THE ACCOMMODATION

Located close to the Clubhouse & pool, our quiet executive 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom fully air conditioned house includes a large living room & dining area with cable tv, dvd/cd, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, & laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer.

The bedrooms comprise two Masters (one King, one Queen) & one twin with 2 single beds. ALL bedrooms have their OWN ensuite private bathroom.

The first Master bedroom has a balcony & walk-in wardrobe. The two Master bedrooms have "supersize" baths for extra luxury, their own TV with remote control & double size wardrobes.

And all the rooms in the house have ceiling fans for extra luxury & comfort!

The air conditioned Living Area consists of a Sitting Room & dining area. The Sitting room has a Queen Size Sleeper sofa, a 2 seater sofa, and breakfast bar to the kitchen. It is equipped with a cable tv, dvd/cd player, telephone.

Kitchen / Dining
Fully equipped with Electric Oven, Stove, Microwave, Fridge Freezer with Ice maker, built in Sink Waste Disposal Unit, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, 4 piece Toaster, Electric Can Opener, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, Iron & Ironing Board & Vacuum Cleaner.

The dining area consist of a 6 place dining table with all the cutlery and placings. We can also offer a High Chair.

Swimming Pool
The Resort includes a private 2 acre Tropical Water Park with 2 heated pools, Waterslide, Lazy River, heated Jacuzzi/Spa, waterfalls, extensive sun bathing terraces, poolside patio.

Location
The beauty of this brand new property is that it is part of a private 4 Star Resort with its own 24 hour Check-In service, a 2 acre Tropical Swimming Pool Complex with 2 heated pools, heated Jacuzzi/spa (a hot as a bath), waterfalls, waterslide, "lazy river", extensive sun bathing terraces, and poolside patio with waiter service etc.
