Imagine a sober, elegant building of the XIX century, situated on the hills of Gargano Imagine around it olive-groves, the characteristic fragrance, that only this very land can have. This is VILLA GARGANO, for the traveller who appreciates fine taste, a real historical character, and a home away from home. All around, 2 enclosed hectars of olive groves and self plantation. Parking area nearby the house .

Another delightful cosy apartment for 2 is available on the roof of the house : panoramic aparted terrace, light-filled and large bedroom, wide bathroom with hand-painted tiles from Amalfi Coast, lovely fully equipped kitchenette. Air conditioned.

Spacious rooms and an upper floor: the first room is a large, bright and fully equipped kitchen with a big stone fireplace and a table for 10 with marble top ; the second room is a living area with very large open mezzanine ,screened from view but no door separating , with the double bed and other furniture : a really cosy corner to have a rest .

Two comfortable single sofa-beds in the same living area complete the sleeping possibilities

Location
A holiday in Puglia with its excellent climate , wonderful landscapes, passionate people , magnificent cooking and unsurpassable culture is always a suggestive experience. Our proposal is to make it warm and comfortable.
The Gargano promontory rises like an island from the flat plains of the Tavoliere, geographically and culturally different from the rest of Puglia. Its landscape is remarkably diverse: beaches and lagoons to the north, a rocky, indented eastern coast and a mountainous, green heartland of oaks and beech trees - reminiscent of a Germanic forest rather than a corner of southern Italy. For centuries the promontory was extremely isolated, visited only by pilgrims making their way along the valley to Monte Sant`Angelo and its shrine. Nowadays tourism has taken off in a big way, especially on the coast around Vieste, but in 1991 the whole peninsula became a national park, helping to protect the Gargano from overbearing.

Changeover Details
Changeover preferred Saturday in High season.Flexible in low and mid season

Extra Details
PAYPAL FRIENDLY,the price includes bath and bed linen, kitchen clothes once a week, pure olive oil from the local trees, sugar, salt and any other cooking ingredient. You will find a welcome - pack with local products.

The rental in high season usually starts from Saturday afternoon and ends on Saturday morning.

FROM DEC,1ST TO MARCH,31ST A HEATHING SURCHARGE OF 1 EURO/M3 WILL BE PAYED LOCALLY

You can buy the good olive oil from olive groves of the house.

Short term rentals in low and mid season.

30% of the total amount to book the apartment.
