Superb one-bedroom ground floor spacious apartments in Panorama Park, Punta Prima. We have two apartments both ground floor on corner location. Both are furnished and fitted to a high standard.

Larger than average bathroom with bath/shower cublicle/twin-basins. Separate WC & bidet.

Living Areas
The living area is very spacious with a sofa bed that makes in to 2 x 3` beds and also another leather sofa and chairs. Satelite TV with English channels/DVD/Video/CD/Radio. Leading to private terrace.

Kitchen / Dining
American style kitchen with breakfast bar. Dishwasher, full size fridge and full size freezer, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave. Dining table and chairs in sitting area.

Swimming Pool
2 large free form pools with baby area and also deep dive area.

Terrace with table & chairs and barbecue. Two shared pools on site and tropical landscaped gardens. Mini 9 hole golf will be ready summer 2007.

Location
Punta Prima is south of Torrevieja, about a 10 minute drive away. It has its own shops, banks, bars, restaurants and also sandy beaches a short walk from the apartment.

Discounts available for longer term bookings during low and mid seasons
N.B.During June, July, August & Sept. there is a supplement of £10 per week for air-conditioning. It is included at all other times.
