The living area consist of a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and 1 seater sofa, TV etc. The apartment has 1 bathroom with bath, shower, WC & sink and another bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Washing machine is provided. Parking is provided. Shaded terrace overlooking the garden and pool with dining table and chairs. Extra gas-fired barbeque also available.

Location
Santa Maria Estate on the outskirts of Mellieha is an exclusive area just 1km away from the village centre of Mellieha on Malta`s beautiful north coast. Malta`s most popular sandy beach, Mellieha Bay, is only 5 minutes away. All of Malta`s best sandy beaches are within a 15 minute drive. The surrounding countryside is ideal for scenic walks, hiking, mountain biking etc. All watersports activities are available nearby. Bugibba, one of Malta`s favourite `night-spots` is only 6km away. Many fine restaurants are available in Mellieha or nearby St. Paul`s Bay and Bugibba. Malta`s sister Island of Gozo is only 6km away. (ferry crossing required). For the young and young at heart, St. Julian`s, Malta`s No.1 area for clubbing, discos and all night partying, is a 30 minute drive away, not too far but far enough to leave all the noise behind! A golf coarse is situated about 30 minutes away. Banks, supermarkets, grocery stores, post-office, chemists etc are 5 minutes away. Bus stop 800 metres.
