We offer you a pretty house that remember a blue ship emerging from a soft storm of green, with the smell of eucalyptus and pines, birds waking you up in the early morning. A place to dream.
Relax yourself in a house as a hotel and in the best price with housemaid service. We can lodge until 6 persons in two widely rooms, each one of then with its own bathroom, kitchen full equipment and in the living-room you may enjoy a 29” TV, hometheater and a cd stereo stuff with good music to choose.
We also have a spacious wooden terrace in the backyard specially to make sun bath or have breakfast surrounded by pines and flowers.
Rent at only 5 minutes from Punta del Este downtown, in a atmosphere of privacity and tranquillity, and at four squares from the beach.
The price at low season is 45 usd / day. In high season we rent for 15 days at a price of 200
usd per day. These prices always include the cost of water, electricity, gas and housemaid service

Kitchen / Dining
Kitchen full equipment with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric hob, oven and microwave oven. There is a small utility area outside the kitchen that houses the water heater and the washing machine, which can also be used as a drying area.

The dining section has a table & six chairs.

Outside
We also have a spacious wooden terrace in the backyard specially to make sunbath or have breakfast surrounded by pines and flowers.Is ideal for relaxing or BBQs & is provided with a patio table, six chairs and four sun-loungers.
